We looked at appointing Chris Robson after being referred to him by a friend who had used his service previously.
I found Chris and his team professional throughout our dealings from the initial enquiry to the settlement of the sale.
He kept us informed throughout the process and stuck to his conviction in trying to get us a price withing his appraisal range, despite lower estimates from other agents.
Our property was a bit unique and there were a few challenges to get the sale settled. During this process he continued to run open homes and take enquiries and possible offers from other buyers with regular updates to us.

It is noted that Chris did little things like when the property came to the final sign off date and final inspection and a number of light bulbs were missing in one of the properties. He went out and he purchased some more. He put them in so that the settlement could go ahead. I think this reflects the way that he consistently went forward in trying to do the best for us and making the process for us vastly smoother.
